Induction melting is a process where metal is melted into liquid form in the crucible of an induction furnace. The molten metal is then poured from the crucible, usually into a mould. ENRX has developed solutions within a variety of areas such as precious metals, tilting furnace melting, investment casting and lab applications.
- Induction melting is clean, so it is possible to skip the purification stage
- Uniform heat induced in the metal contributes to a high-quality end result
- Advanced ergonomic features make workplaces safer and increase productivity
